I received 2 hair conditioners, no shampoo. Had to ask the front desk. Bath tub faucet is coming apart from the wall. As I pulled the shower tab for the shower to run, the faucet is pulled away from the wall. only received 1 wash cloth. Other towels are very small. Bath towels were more like hand towels. Fan does not work in the bathroom. Barking dogs all night. Front lobby and room did not smell clean. All rooms reserved were in the front. I guess to make it look filled up/busy. I've stayed at several Super 8's, always clean and well taken care of. Not this one. I will NOT go back to this one.

This property was very clean on the outside on the inside as well lit plenty of parking. The staff was wonderful when we checked in quick and courteous. The midnight staff was very courteous and our checkout staff was outstanding very courteous thank you. We had a very nice day and will stay again

The whole place really needs to be deep cleaned. No internet; phone in room didn't work. Asked reception the next morning about wifi & he pointed to a piece of paper that said they are having issues with wifi. Couldn't the guy who checked us in tell us about this? Needs to say continental breakfast on site.

We thought it was strange to hear that they only clean the rooms every 3 days.. housekeeping was literally across our room and they didnt even empty our overflowing trash or offer clean towels or TP. Happy that our room had a microwave and fridge and the cooler was super cold. Had trouble w the key cards working even after reprogramming

Have stayed at this Super 8 for several years on business and every year it seems to get more run down. The ice machine has been broken for for quite some time judging by the condition of the sign, the first morning the coffee pumps didn’t work and the clerk told us to be happy with half a cup. Worst of all is there is no Wi-Fi despite the free service clearly listed on their site. Will go somewhere else next year

Ist room key did not work. Room had not been cleaned, lots of trash. 2nd room key did not work. Two shampoo and conditioner for us but only one wash cloth and only one hand towel. The only wash cloth was gray with age.

Not only was our room unclean ( beer bottle cap in the couch, Cheeto crumbs in the recliner, used bar of soap in the shower, A PAIR OF SHOES WITH SOCKS under the bed) the beds are horrible!!! Thin mattress, hard as can be, ice machine was broken and “breakfast” was an apple and tiny yogurt with “coffee”
