We had a very good experience with the hotel and the staff. We were unable to stay here due to an issue with the room that day, but the staff had rebooked us at another hotel and provided transport to the new hotel and also their shuttle to pick us up the next day and get us to the cruise port. Things happen and the staff at the hotel did a great job resolving the issues and keeping the entire situation stress free for us especially after a very long flight.

Awesome place to stay before our cruise. Free transportation to the cruise terminal. Yummy breakfast, good AC. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. If you are a museum/history person, the archeological museum down the street is amazing. They have huge bronze statues from the 4th century BC. These are super rare because most have been melted down into weapons.

If you need a place for a short stay before boarding a cruise ship, no need to look further. Our room was small but clean and relatively quiet for a bustling area. There are plenty of businesses nearby if you need to pick up anything, and they provide a shuttle service to take you directly to your ship. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

My one night stay was nice. Comfortable, clean room and bed. no complaints there. the staff was helpful. If you are planning to have the hotel pick you up at the airport, make sure that the person picking you up spells your name correctly and displays the name of the hotel on his phone/sign. Great choice of hotel if you are headed on a cruise. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast, area of town was nice and paid extra for Georgieo to pick us up from the airport well worth the money it’s a bit of a drive. He had a sign with our names on it waiting for us outside of baggage claim. Then they offer a free shuttle to the ship the next morning. Would highly recommend.
