I enjoyed my short stay at Santo and the staff were very helpful. It is obviously a popular hotel. It was a very busy breakfast time, but staff coped well and made sure there was space for arriving guests. There was nothing in the location but it is only 5-6 minutes to the main station.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean, functional, and spacious. Wi-Fi is good, both connection stability and speeds. Breakfast is good. Staff is always polite, and helpful. Overall, the structure seems new (or recently renovated).

Nice stay in a beautiful city

Lovely location, friendly helpful staff. Only reason for 4 stars is I feel parking is too expensive.

Good stay

Nice hotel in a good location. It's a fairly basic 4-star and the rate was very high due to a local trade fair that was happening at the time in the city but the stay was good overall.
