Had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and new. Parts of the hotel are under construction but didn’t disturb our stay. The pool was next to the gate going to the ocean. Which was nice after being at the beach , go to pool , have a beverage. Staff set up chairs and umbrellas at beach. Hotel is situated within walking distance of lots restaurants and bars. Staff, valets were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed our stay!

This property will be 5 star once finished. I knew it was under construction and jumped at the discount rate for the preview Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and loungers and beach chairs were great. I can’t wait to try this hotel with dining options and full staff. The staff currently there are wonderful. I will be back

The rooms were excellent the view was wonderful. When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor but the door would not close or lock but the staff was helpful and helped me move to the fifth floor. The view of the beach was beautiful from that floor. The place is under renovation but their team is doing a fabulous job keeping the services they have running the best they can. Can’t wait to go back after all of the changes are complete.

The staff and room we stayed in were great. However we were taken off guard and arrived to see the hotel was under renovation. No dining in restaurants, no spa, only pop up bar area, construction underway, surprised we were charged an amenity fee. We stayed there several years back and it was very nice. I’m sure it will be nice once completed.. but felt like we paid to much given the circumstances..

We had a pleasent stay, but we were made aware that the hotel was under new management and it showed. Also the hotel was, clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, the calm one looks for when going into a hotel was not there. Term " like a well oiled machine". was not noticable. 1. the room were loaded with to much furniture no place to sit, but the bed and a mini stool. If 4 people had occupite our room, the bathroom was to small even for 2 of us. All this is managable. 2. our dinner was a diseaster! We had ask friends to join us. Again the staff was friendly, helpful, but of the 3, I could see they were overwhelmed and NOT AT ALL ORGANIZED. A. we received bread but no plates to place our indevitual piece too. b. we received our before dinner drink/ aperitif after we were already served the dinner wine, also our appetizer came close with the actual dinner. c. if this is not alredy unexceptible the wait between all was also excessive. Just not the relaxed dinner I was expecting from a 3 star restaurant. All in all our stay was pleseant but disapointing, but the hotel and staff tried hard, just not there yet Sincerely, Ms Young Maybe in time the staff will start synching.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!

The resort staff were over the top welcoming, accommodating. Beach chairs were put out for guests to enjoy the fireworks display directly in front of resort. Expedia did not make it clear that parking would add $158 to the bill by resort"s parking vendor. Other guest left their dog in the room, unattended and we had to listen to it barking for quite a while. Room refreshed daily. Poolside cocktails were quite expensive yet seemed void of alcohol. However, the lounge chairs poolside were so very plush! Resort still in reno mode. Location is wonderful, you could park and walk everywhere. Bring your own water. You receive two complimentary bottles a day. I've had to request final bill three times and still haven't received it although my card has been charged. Top tier staff and excellent cleanliness.
