8/10 Very good

Good location and nice hotel. Staff was a bit busy as it was school holidays I guess and the hotel was full according to the front desk. The room had the things we needed and shops were nearby for a good walk. It was also close to the water for nice views. Parking was available but would like to see a bit cheaper pricing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rydges Port Macquarie. A great location. Central and within walking distance of all the restaurant and shops. Great water views. Clean and very well presented. The buffet breakfast was very good as were the cocktails and pizzas. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been renovated with the creative decor being calming with many surfing photos. The meals we had in the restaurant (with its top view) were really good, while the staff there were outstanding. So too the reception staff. Loved the pool, spa and gym with their fabulous outlooks over the river.
