A very comfortable bed although the bedroom was basic. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful. Just 5 minutes from the station. Loved the roof top bar (one of the reasons for choosing this hotel) but a little on the expensive side. Great location for visiting the sites of Florence.

6/10 Good

Air Conditioning and Drinking Water Bottle Service were critical for the 2026 summer. The breakfast buffet was good. On the other hand, it was unfortunate that the room shower did not provide much hot water even after the maintenance request.

Verified review

8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near to the train station. Room was large, bed comfortable. It was very noisy on the street even with the windows closed but that is to be expected in an older property. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

An absolutely fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The unbeatable location made sightseeing easy, and we loved retreating to the truly huge rooms. A special highlight was the breakfast, which offered an amazing variety of food. We highly recommend this hotel!

4/10 Fair

This hotel was less than “okay”. It was a good location and the staff was very nice. But the rooms and overall building were not well maintained and were not clean. The water in the shower took FOREVER to get hot. If you’re simply just looking for a place to lay your head, this hotel will do. But if you are wanting more out of your stay, more comfort, amenities and a clean place, I would not recommend.
