Stayed at Courtyard for 1 night while going to see Dave Chappelle. Hotel was very clean, spacious, very nice place for the price. Appears to had been newly renovated. Highly recommend.

Renovating? Let folks know!

Hotel undergoing renovations which we never told about when booking this hotel. When we arrived, they said it was only to the outside. Not the case. Fitness Center and pool both closed. Really feel like we should have received a discounted rate for everything we missed during a week's stay. Normally, love staying at Marriott properties. Not so much this time.

I would say overall our experience was good. We did have to let the front desk know a few things needed attention in the room. The door was hard to open, we thought the entry card wasnt activated, then a very small issue the soap and shampoo was empty in the shower,luckily we had brought both with us. We would stay again when visiting family..

Just opened- needs some things ironed out

Hotel had just reopened and there were some issues with lights in bathroom, thermostat not working and deadbolts not working. No free breakfast here but plenty of places to eat nearby. Of course no daily housekeeping. Wasnt worth the price for as many hotels to choose from in area. Mattress was too firm for side sleepers.

Nice clean room and building. It did take the front desk three times to get us a room. The first room had not been cleaned by the maid and the second room didn’t have the bed choice we booked. The women at the front desk sort of got rude about it and asked how much we paid on Expedia because that was not the correct rate and wanted to charge us more. I told her that wasn’t her business to know and we weren’t paying more. Other than that part it was a great hotel!
