Staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and attentive. Probably the best hotel staff i have had the pleasure of meeting in nearly 20 years of business travel, especially the reception team in the evening.

6/10 Good

There was no housekeeping on the weekend. For fresh towels, my sister had to call the desk. The jacuzzi/hot tub was a good temperature but it didn't work beyond simple circulation of water. The indoor pool was a good size and temperature.

Nice cafe, very friendly staff. Noisy aircon and refrigerator. No shower in the pool made it impractical to combine a workout with a dip in the pool.
