Beautiful hotel. Perfectly located and easy to find. Parking and check-in were no problem. Very welcoming and clean. Most of the staff were fluent in both English and French. So many places to hang out. Restaurant. (Great food), lounge, large lobby with comfy seats and large picturesque windows. (There was even a table with a puzzle going.) There is an outdoor second floor balcony or large lawn with chairs. Pool, tennis courts, gift shop. Just a walk from quaint shops, restaurants, whale museum, trails and paths for whale watching! We saw so many beluga whales. (Bring your binoculars.) Amenities were awesome!!

Carpet was clean. Bathroom appeared to be clean except for the dried toothpaste in and around the sink. The phone didn’t work. I stayed three nights and reported the phone every day. When I mentioned it at checkout they acted surprised. The rooms are not air conditioned, I did not realize this. The weather was nice and you didn’t need a/c. When I arrived my room was hot. I opened the window. It opened up but wouldn’t stay open, it slid down immediately. So I decided to try the a/c and set the thermostat to 20. There was no A/C so I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. So I went down to the front desk. They sent someone to my room with a fan and told me I could leave the door to the hallway open to get ventilation. They wouldn’t change my room. Acted like I was unreasonable to think a room without a
