We had a superior twin room.
-First of all, it didn't have a queen-sized bed like advertised but only 2 regular beds next to each other so that it wasn't possible for us to sleep together because one would fall between the beds as the floor was smooth and the beds moved very easily apart.
-For a superior room in a 4-star hotel I'd expect a bit more from the room itself as it wasn't very cozy or homey, more of a stay a night -type hotel.
-After our first night the cleaner visited the room and while making the bed, had thrown our clothing on the room floor.
-Our superior room was on the first floor and on the street side of the hotel which resulted in traffic noise being carried clearly in the room.
-The water pressure from the shower head left a lot of room for improvement.
-The hotel was very accessible by bus as the bus stop was right next to the hotel entrance.
-Breakfast was a nice hotel breakfast.
-We didn't use the hotel spa because you'd have to pay extra for that, which I read had been a surprise to many visitors, so beware.
All in all I had read a lot of mixed reviews from the hotel but decided to give it a chance. There are a lot of hotels in Lund in the same price range, so next time I'd try another one. I think this isn't a 4-star hotel, but more of a 3 or 3,5-star.
