The rooms were horrible the ceiling was falling down in our room. The air conditioning didn’t work. The rooms and hotel were dirty and staff were very rude. We didn’t get to use the pool if was empty. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Television would not work for the first 4 days even with us complaining, Staff argued with me when I attempted to see why the Television would not work and why the sink would not drain properly, Could not sleep due to the bed was uncomfortable, The swimming pool was not open at any time. Would not recommend and will not stay at that Days in ever.

It was decent, front desk lady was nice but when we arrived to our room it smelled a lot like bleach. The rooms were kind of clean, a few hairs here and there. The bathroom was okay as well, the shower would take a few minutes to drain, it would collect up some dirty water. The TV would have very limited channels available. The pool, the first day we arrived was very dirty, green murky water, until later that night they had cleaned up the water.

Hotel is not only run down, it is extremely dirty. Windows, floors, walls, mattresses, and bathrooms were caked in previous use. Almost every inch of the hotel that was visible was needing some type of cleaning. I normally would never write a review like this, it was absolutely disgusting.

We booked for 3 nights. No house phone! No sign on counter with cell-number to call front desk. They don't want you to bother them. Dirty building, hallway and carpets, used feminine products beneath furniture, torn wallpaper, shower wouldn't drain, dirty walls, towels were old and threadbare, no bath towels. Waited 20 minutes in lobby for an employee, so we could ask for towels, so we could shower the night we arrived, only to be told they didn't intend to provide bath towels until next morning. We used torn and stained washcloths and hand towels to get dry. They refused to acknowledge they were unreasonable in not delivering towels. Told us if we didn't like it we should go somewhere else. We got almost zero sleep. Finally able to find a different hotel for the remaining 2 nights. They refused to give refund.
