This place is closed, for months already. Expedia really messed up here. We arrived at 21:00h and found a closed door, and an unreachable phone number. Not cool Expedia, not cool.

A neighborhood hotel in the old town

We had a front room in the hotel so you had bar noise into the night. It's a neighborhood hotel in the old town so there are some fun things outside the door. The bathroom was wanting but it has the Italian charm.

2/10 Poor

Greedy people, poor customer service.

Booked for few nights with the refundable booking for a business stay. Every thing looks ok, sadly missed the connecting flight, hence had to change travel plan. Contacted the hotel, as soon as missed the flight to cancel the booking, Hotel refused to do that. Asked hotel, if they can take first two days money and refund the remaining. In reply- they just rudely refused.

Great location, convenient to everything in Prato. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls were VERY thin, so I could hear my neighbours showering, talking, moving around, etc. It sounded as if they were inside my wardrobe!

Godt hotel i centrum

Hotel correcto salvi 2 detalles.

Colazione standard. Personale disponibile.
