Never stay again

İt is not clean. Everything is old. AC is not properly working. The worst hotel experience so far! The staff, however, are so gentle. They have nothing to do, as the owner must invest for renovation.

This is my third time staying at this property . First time was in 1998, next in 2020 and now. The physical condition of the property has deteriorated and the rooms show their age, although still pretend to appear chic. The problem is that things are broken down or just not clean. The AC doesn’t work. The bathroom pipes are rusty and the door hard to close. No iron at the property! Breakfast choices are very limited and not so good. On the flip side, the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. Thank you.

The Best Hotel is a unique place. Built in the heyday of the Turkish Republic in the '50s-'60s and across the street from the American and Soviet embassies, the Best was at the center of international politics and society. It still retains that charm, even though the Ankara scene has shifted. It is a proud reminder of the past but retains its elegance. The staff is superb, the food and service is great, and it is very fairly priced. If you are genuinely interested in Turkiye and Ankara, it is a great place to be.

The building is very old and they didn't remodel or refurnish it. You see dirty spots in every corner. I got the suit and it was tribble, the shower area was full of mold. I don't know how they are still open. Don't waste your time and money and look for another place to stay.

It was nice hotel but all is very old. I think no any investment after 2000. But it was ok for me. The thing that I could not understand is that they did not put kettle inside room. How is it possible ? It is maximum 20-30$ and no need to do special electric isolation. I hope they can put kettle all rooms and others can not have problem like me.

ABD Vize işlemlerim için Anakaraya gittim ve Bir gece konakladım. Başlangıçta Elçiliğin yeni yere taşınması ve 5 km taksi ile gitmem gerektiği düşüncesi ile zaman kaybedeceğimi sandım. Ancak konaklama yerindeki personelin ilgisi ve otelin imkanlarını görünce hiç te öyle olmadı. 10 dakikada konsolosluğa taksi ile ulaştım. Bence fiyat ve performans değerlendirildiğinde Mükemmel bir otel. Görevliler üst düzeyde ilgilendiler. Bir dahaki konaklamamda mutlaka tercih edeceğim Bir oteldir.

Otel merkezi bir yerde ve otopark sorunu yok. Calisanlar oldukca kibar, ozenli, nazik ve yardimciydi. Diger yandan otel oldukca eski,bakimsiz ve vasatti. Otelin bakima ve toparlanmaya ihtiyaci var. Kahvaltisi ise ayni sekilde ozensiz ve vasatti. Biz ailecek konaklama yaptik, hic bir rahatsizligimiz olmadi aslinda ama cok aile oteli gibi durmuyor. Ayrica odalardaki tablolar ise oldukca anlamsiz geldi. Kadin vucutlarinin oldugu ve belli karelerin bulanik bir gorus altinda tablo olarak duvarda olmasi rahatsiz ediciydi. Genel anlamda memnun olmadigimiz bir konaklama oldu.
