Was in town for a funeral. The staff was amazing and considerate and very accommodating. They even offered to carry our bags to our room due to there being no elevator, which we declined of course. Hotel was clean.

The manager was very nice. The room was clean but could have used a better box spring or mattress. It popped and made sounds a lot when I moved.

The room was nice and clean. We are not frequent travelers and this was a spur of the moment booking. The site is 100% non-smoking. We were very pleased.

The pool was empty, the laundry area was broke, no elevator, ice machine on the 2nd floor was broke, and the bed was hard as a brick, and breakfast options were few. Left early.
