I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel.

Estamos em 2026 e alguns hotéis precisam investir... Toalha machada, lâmpadas quebradas, janela e cortina suja, não é mais legal. Eu ficaria em paz com tudo isso se pelo menos a TV funcionasse para matar a insônia. Pelo menos o café da manhã estava bom.

Experiência pessima, falta de colaborador para atender a demanda no check in. Atendente com má vontade, estressada, zero cordialidade. O quarto tinha barata, a porta do banheiro estava emperrada, não abria e nem fechava e o ar fazia mais barulho que uma britadeira de obra. Na hora de sair, foi frisado que tínhamos que avisar com 30min de antecedência a necessidade de usar o carro, pois bem, esperamos 45min e nada, por fim fui com o manobrista até o estacionamento e eu mesmo peguei o carro. Porque fazem tantas regras e burocracias se não dão conta da demanda ou não tem funcionários suficientes pra isso?! Por que fazem a propaganda de ter estacionamento mas que acaba sendo um transtorno para o hóspede?! Sejam mais atentos a esses detalhes, pelo que vi são uma rede de hotéis mas a impressão que fica é de um estabelecimento bem amador. Não recomendo!

O hotel é razoável pelo preço cobrado. As estruturas já estão um pouco velhas, mas ainda estão funcionais. O café da manhã é bom e há a comodidade de deixar o carro com o manobrista para estacionar em um estacionamento próximo ao hotel. O quarto é pequeno e não estava muito bem conservado. As proximidades do hotel são meio perigosas a noite, por ser um setor bem central da cidade, achei isso normal.

Ruim,o quarto estava limpo mas o espelho muito manchado,a tv quase não dava pra assistir,travando muito quando fui perguntar disse que não era só no meu quarto que estava assim,pelo jeito era geral. O que foi ainda pior foi o banho que tivemos que tomar frio,e ainda por cima estavamos com criança,todos nós tomamos banho frio,reclamamos falaram que era um problema que ia ter resolvido só depois das 19hs mas tínhamos compromisso às 18hs então ou tomava frio ou ficava sem. A vista nada agradável,a única vantagem foi o café da manhã que era bom,tinha bastante variedades.

Fiquei duas diárias na primeira a água quente não estava quente e só no segundo dia foi consertado. Tinha cabelos no chão do quarto e no banheiro, e encontramos uma barata no quarto. O banheiro estava com a porta estragada e não fechava direito e vazava água por baixo das frestas do box molhando todo o banheiro. Demoram muito para buscar o carro no estacionamento, no dia do check-out demoraram 45 min para trazer o carro. Pelo menos o ar-condicionado, a TV e o café da manhã salvaram.

Apesar de bem atendidos pela recepção do hotel, tivemos alguns percalços, como: tivemos que ser trocados de quarto, pois solicitamos quarto com cama King e fomos direcionados para quarto com duas camas de solteiro, no quarto que acabamos ficando o banheiro era minúsculo e como fomos transferidos de forma improvisada, nosso banheiro não tinha sabonete líquido e nem shampoo/condicionador (recipientes estavam vazios), solicitamos pessoalmente reposição, mas não levaram e acabamos lavando o cabelo com sabonete em barra (no check-out relatamos que a demanda não foi atendida, foram gentis e pediram desculpas) e o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. O café da manhã é bom e reposição constante. Num geral, pessoal agradável e organizados.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel e vou enumerar as decepções: 1) O chuveiro não funciona água quente, apenas água fria pois o sistema de aquecimento não funciona. O clima da cidade estava muito frio; 2) Cobertores sujos; 3) No dia seguinte pedi um copo descartável para a senhora que trabalha na recepção do restaurante e ela disse que não tinha, após isso fui ao lao no balcão da recepção e o atendente me deu 4 copos descartáveis. Nunca mais volto nesse hotel, deixa muito a desejar.
