6/10 Good

The room was clean when we arrived. We arrived late in the evening. There was only one car in the parking lot on a Friday night with events happening in small towns around the area. As we were driving in and jadaround Concordia, Kansas I noticed all of the motels we saw had half way full to nearly full parking lots at their motels. Bath tub/ shower was very small. The bath tub soap dispenser was working well but the soap/bath wash was of poor quality. Bathroom itself was tiny. Sink outside of the bathroom was great. Bar soap was excellent.ots of room to place tooth brushes, make up etc. This I didn't. The towels and wash clothes were not soft at all. We had a double bed room with two people and there were only two towels, two washcloths and two hand towels. We had to go to the office to get towels. We had to take out our own trash plug ins did not work. Would not recommend this motel especially to anyone who stays more than one night . Will not rent again

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean every time I stay here. I have stayed here 2-3 times a year for the past 5 years or so, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and it was a safe place to stay. The bottom of the door needs to have the seal to be replaced. The ice machine was out of ordered and never was working. The laundry room was dirty with not chairs or a place to hang up your clothes out of the dryer. The wash machine had to be reset so to take your money. A good place for a day or two. We was there for 7 days because all other hotels were booked up.

The area was just off the highway, but very little traffic noise. The bed was comfotable and the shower hot with great water flow.

Clean and Comfy

We stayed overnight to do sight-seeing in Concordia. The room was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The property overall was clean and well maintained although a bit older. Our room was clean and the beds comfy. Location was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

I stay at this motel every June on business. It’s a nice stay for the price - clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s an older motel, but the staff keep it in reasonable condition. While I was there, the staff repainted the parking lines. It looked very nice when they finished.

If you’re looking for a basic clean place to sleep this is it. First motel I’ve stayed at in a while where the bed did not hurt my back. It was also surprisingly quiet. Pretty good budget motel

Good Stay for the Price

Good stay overall. The hotel could use a little upgrading, but the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and comfort were good. I stay at this hotel every summer on business.
