Excellent location; you can walk to all the city main attractions. Nice staff. The property is not that big but very comfortable and clean.

Nice stay in a central location

Excellent service attitude from staff, centrally located. We stayed on the 31st and 1st, most of attractions were closed. Nice stay anyway. Only item I would ask on a very good breakfast is the coffee.

Great staff, comfortable, clean, well-located;

The staff is great. A couple of electrical problems need attention

6/10 Good

The hotel is run down and very dated. Carpet in the room was rough. 1970’s hair dryer was a surprise. Room was extremely small. The location was great. Hotel sits 500 steps from Plaza Mayor. Reception was great and provided multiple recommendations for restaurants and things to do. For the price it was good, but nowhere close to 4 stars.

4/10 Fair

The room was alright, but the staff were very minimal, with receptionist disappearing for hours at a time. I tried to call down three times on the phone, plus actually physically went downstairs but nobody was there, around 8:30pm. There is no bar and no parking. These are remnants from many years ago, and nobody has told hotels.com. The guy who checked me in told me it wasn't paid and tried to make me pay again and so I had to wait a long time for him to let us in the room, although I paid in advance on hotels.com. It's really NOT a 4-star hotel, nomidea what the stars are for.

La habitación amplia aunque daba a un patio interior pequeño y tenía poca luz. La ubicación muy céntrico. El desayuno caro para lo que ofrecen.

He estado muy cómoda. Buen desayuno. No utilice el parking porque la entrada es estrecha. Tenía que mover el coche durante el día así que aparqué en zona azul y sin problema.
