Best Western Plus Kelly Inn

Staff was rude and does not care about guest. I left my room at 9:30am and when I returned at 4:15pm the same day, the room was not cleaned. When I asked the woman at the front desk, she asked if I had the Do not disturb sing out. I told her no I didn't. She mentioned to me that housekeeping starts early, and I missed it for the day as they leave at 3. Said I'll mention it to them tomorrow, with no care in her voice. So if you want your room cleaned, do stay in your room and work, leave or it will not get done. Staff could not care less. Upon checkout, I needed a receipt for me stay, the woman at the front desk seemed too busy with her own personal call she was on to care about the guest. i finally got it, but I am the guest, handle your call after I leave. Maybe I'm old school, but customer service comes first. I travel 25 to 30 weeks a year, and stay in Omaha about 12 weeks. I will not stay here again, nor should others if they like customer service. Picture is the gap in my door, you can hear EVERYTHING outside. Needs to be fixed.

Front desk lady was awesome, very sweet and welcoming! The only real complaint would be the pool. The pool was very cloudy and had tons of algae around the slide/stairs.

The hotel staff was all very friendly and accommodating! The place is very clean and roomy! 10/10 would recommend!
