Great location for Takapuna beach and shops. Parking was good even though it was extra. Spacious 1 bdrm suite. Comfortable bed. Quiet and great black out curtains. Beautiful views. Bathroom extractor fan didnt work. Full kitchen and nespresso machine a bonus. We will be back when we come back to Takapuna.

The front desk staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. They clearly explained the parking information and were happy to assist us even though we arrived a little late. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely like to stay here again.

6/10 Good

Just super basic more like a 4 star than 5 star. Just not worth the price paid rather spend the same amount and go to the Pullman to be fair. Staff helpful with wifi and good location the two bonus points.

The room was clean and tidy, very presentable. It looking a little tired but it was good comfortable stay. One thing to remember, they dont service the room everyday. Its every third day so if you like your privacy and you dont mind keeping things tidy yourself you're going to be fine. We were on the 16th floor so we had a fantastic view of lake Pupuki and Auckland city with the sky tower. The staff are helpful and friendly. I loved having a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer Its good value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Nice spa pool. No pool towels available or tea towels to dry dishes in kitchen. The shampoo bottles stock are so old that they broke in the shower when you opened them. Reception staff where not very friendly or helpful and stated they finished shift so no one to help after 4pm.

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful outlook from our room. Stunning views over the harbour. Well laid out room, beds ok. Nothing lacking. Helpful reception, though I would have liked to be told at time of booking that I needed to book a parking space. Luckily there was one left. Only shortcoming was room service menu, offering frozen meals for guest to cook in the room microwave. Ugh. Luckily we were happy to go out for meals - and plenty cafes etc to choose from within a nice walk. Would go back, for sure.
