Was there for 3 nights. The location is ideal as it's right by the station and close to the new town and old. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We loved this hotel! It was perfectly located next to the station yet you couldn’t hear it at all. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Blackout curtains were very good (which is necessary as we stayed during midsummer!). I loved the lobby area as it had many free games and activities you could use. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return/stay again.

Great location. The hotel was very quiet. I would have preferred that the in room coffee be replaced or offered since we passed on having the room cleaned the two days we stayed. The floor could have been cleaned a little better. But other than that the hotel was perfect

The room without windows is warm with no AC. Ask for the fan. It helps. Breakfast very good. Free games in lobby.

Very central and exceptional if you are traveling early because of the proximity to Arlanda Express and Central Station. Quite worn down, at least the room I stayed in. Didn’t feel very nice. Sticky surfaces in the entrance of the room, like someone spilled something. A lot of stains on floor, furnitures and toothpaste on the wall in bathroom. I didn’t have breakfast so not able to rate that. I would chose this for a one night solution but not something I chose again if I want to have a cosy visit in Stockholm.

My Stay got off to a rocky start... No internet in the room; the phone was dead... And the Room was smaller than expected... Moved twice... same issues!!! BUT... After persistently sharing my displeasure with the staff, I was moved to a room with excellent Wifi; Working telephone and satisfactory with the rooms that I booked! I appreciate the staff working with me to rectify my issues, although it took 2 room changes and 3 days of my 7 day stay to accomplish. Breakfast was very good! Rooms were quiet and clean! I would appreciate better maintaining of the equipment in the rooms and if multiple rooms are booked that BOTH have the same/simular room space.

After landing in ARN and picking up our luggage - the next thing you think about is - how long till we reach our hotel in Stockholm? Combine Arlanda Express & the location of Stockholm C Hotel the answer is not very long. The train is fast up 180km/h+, the steps dragging luggage to Hotel C is few (20m) A real plus even before you check in. We booked the Superior Double - fairly spacious for a downtown location. The bed was a sleep machine. Head hits pillow, solid dream state delivered till morning. Let’s talk breakfast - hands down one of the best Breaky buffets on the planet! Fika loved it! In a place that has a lot going for it, the staff are more than equal to the task. The reception desk staff were all wonderful and met our needs to perfection. Itai and Nova were extremely helpful and friendly. Alex was in a class of his own and a stand out, very warm, genuine and authentic - a real ambassador for Stockholm and Hotel C. Make sure you visit the in-house Ice Bar and have a cocktail when staying there. A fun experience to get you into the Scandy vibe. If you are staying in Stockholm choose Stockholm C as your accommodation, you won’t be disappointed!

Staff, everyone was absolutely fantastic and friendly. Lobby facilities were a bonus with skittles board, table football etc, great fun. Very reasonable for great Hotel, walkable to everywhere 👌

Perfect location, close to everything and just next the Arlanda Express track and terminus. Friendly staff and very helpful. Excellent Bed, Broadcast and Bathroom . Be careful to the taxi parked in front of the hotel, they charge you three times more than standard ones. Just follow the instructions in the sign in front of the reception
