Hotel is in a wonderful area very close to a subway station and in a quiet safe feeling area. The staff were lovely and accommodating and there were great restaurants nearby within walking distance. We love the place. It was a really nice hotel to stay in Madrid. My cousin and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. But I don’t understand the overcharge of $10 for doing a checkout 1 hour later due to traffic, I don’t get it.
