this was my first time staying at the comfort inn beckley! the rooms are very spacious and clean! there was only two minor things, we never made it to breakfast, as it is over at 9. every place else is always until 10. and maybe put smart tvs in the rooms so when the weather is bad, you could at least watch something. satellite is kind of obsolete now!

The room and bed was extremely comfortable. We were in a hurry so didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast, but I did grab a bagel, apple and a cup of coffee on the way out. A great stay for a quick night in the mountains of WV.

4/10 Fair

The staff at check-in seemed disinterested and disorganized. There was a fire alarm at 10:30 pm and the staff person on duty didn’t seem prepared to deal with this problem. Thankfully there was no fire. We were able to spend the night and enjoy breakfast the next morning
