This hotel is an older property located beautifully walkably in the historic district. The rooms are small. There is an elevator, which is recommended because in old Dutch buildings the stairs are amazingly steep! But yes, a perfectly good elevator. The staff is very helpful , The front desk is open 24 hours. The breakfast is good. There is a common sitting area with books and you can store your luggage for free as a guest. I highly highly recommend the location !

The hotel is in an excellent location for Amsterdam. Rick, day desk person, was very helpful, provided good suggestions about things to do in town, and the breakfast had a very good selection. Our room was well kept and clean; the rooms are small but well organized except our bed/raised flooring made it awkward to move around the bed. Great view! Different room and different bed arrangement I would definitely return to same hotel.

I would absolutely stay here again. My room was as I requested with water views. The only reason cleanliness received 4 stars was the coffee machine had old coffee grounds. I love this hotel, all new and cool, nice and the greatest location at Rembrandtplein with tram one minute from the hotell. Over all- great vibe! The staff is so friendly, serviceminded and kind (and they make an amazing Java espresso). ❤️ The room I got was exellent, view towards neighbours, so nice and quiet. The bed was after my preferances, in-room coffee machine is a must for me and they have that.

Room was lovely. a very European/Dutch style room. Room was small but had everything we needed. Did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep. View of the canal outside was nice. We visited at the end of a heatwave so the lack of AC in the property was noticed but not a deal breaker. We had the window in the room open to help cool down as well as a small fan running (provided by the hotel). We were on the edge of a touristy area and the noise was a bit excessive at times, mostly at night while we were trying to sleep. Not a deal breaker, but its nice to know what you are walking into.
