What has happened to this property?

This hotel needs immediate work, improvements. I he bath mat in the bathroom is thread bare, rust around the drain. I had to move rooms 3 times to get only a decent room. One room had no air, the first had a chirpy fire alarm. I could have camped on Madison Ave for this.

Won’t be staying here again. The hotel is very outdated and dark and there is a mildew odor in the air and in the rooms that is very sickening. The service was sub par. Called for towels for the room at 730 am I wasn’t able to get any until 8pm and that was only after going down to front desk since I figured they were now screening my many calls. You call concierge and the staff is dismissive. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in to date.

My hotel room was in poor condition. The bathroom’s ceiling looked as if it had a past bad leak that was improperly repaired. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The base/platform of the bed was dusty and had traces of other visitors items (hair, pendant, and food. Also, trash was left in bathroom’s trash can.

This property may have been decent at one time, however that is not the case now. Where do I start: the floor in the elevator was cracked and lifting, the chair in our room was ripped, the curtains were coming down, there was only one trash can, there were no clean wash cloths the entire time, the bathroom was extremely small, the drawer was broken on the dresser, the coffee cups had the wrong size tops, and loud construction of some sort was happening and quite noisy and the room had a weird odor when you walk in.

Overall, property was nice and very convenient! Room layout was great; very spacious! However, the room didn't have any soap and only had 2 regular coffee pods, and when we asked for more they didn't have any! Also had an issue with check out time, and hotel would not give late check out, which was needed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Very friendly and efficient front desk welcome. The hotel is in an excellent location and parking is good. Room size was good however one of the curtains was not fixed properly and the end was hanging down. Also one of the windows was covered in something that restricted the view. It looked to me like an old Embassy Suites. One of the elevators makes a terrible noise when door opens and closes. The ice machine on 3rd floor didnt work. The smoke detector in my room started 'chirping' in the middle of the night. The front desk said there was nothing they could do and suggested i take the battery out. Overall a very underwhelming experience for the Hilton brand.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude! Hotel stayers were locked out of main door, no sign or communication it would be locked after certain time or directing us to another door. A woman of the staff literally yelled at the hotel stayers and told us "we shouldve used the side door" when we were all unaware of other doors because everyone had been using the main door.

Check-in staff was rude. Didn’t acknowledge me. Was talking with co-workers. Announced parking fees if $27 per car per night that I was unaware of. Reminded me of a rude Bon Qui Qui. AC in the room didn’t work, had to be fixed. Fire alarm went off ALL NIGHT LONG. Will never go back. It’s a shame! Used to be a grand hotel. Perfect location. Someone needs to buy it and make it great again.

We didn’t expect to have to pay for a basic complementary breakfast and the amount was ridiculous. The breakfast was definitely not something to write home about. Housekeeping, however, did measure up. Cierra did an awesome job helping g us when needed. Thank you so much.
