Great stay. Excellent staff

8/10 Very good

Pro’s: - Excellent location -Free Minibar in room -Free snacks and soft drinks in reception -Free ticket to a river cruise that was AMAZING! Con’s: - Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbour cough, flush the toilet and shower. Particularly difficult when they have early flight -Cleaning staff sounds more like construction workers when cleaner a room close by.

In my view everything is ok; Room is clean, A/C working good, breakfast is ok, Staff is Helpful. Thats it.

Breakfast was a great addition, rooms were very small and near the lift so a little noisy at night time.

Celine so helpful. Printed train tickets. Helped about breakfast reservations. Totally amazing. Xavier helped me find a close church for Sunday mass and helped with all my questions. He was terrific.

8/10 Very good

The rooms were clean and neat. There were no face/ wash cloths provided. No restroom amenities were provided. It's clearly an older building as you could hear neighbors above and next to you. For bare necessities this will do but not for long stay.

6/10 Good

Good location and functional but small rooms. Staff friendliness and assistance varied greatly. Rooms are clean. Typical 3 star hotel and we had a 1 floor walk up to our rooms. We were on a 2 day stopover on a business trip. We were told rooms would be ready earlier but they were not and otherwise had no issues with our stay.

Raphael was very polite and helpful. Amenities were great, the free mini bar with soft drinks was super generous! Hotel also had snacks, coffee, drinks at reception free of charge too! Rooms were clean especially the bathroom. Housekeeping done very nicely. The rooms were a little small but everything else was perfect! Located next to a station for easy access to transport!
