Such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and very convenient. Easy to walk to The Forbidden City. A fun mall is just across the street. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had with everything you could imagine. Including shrimp and crab. It's very quiet. Very comfortable and the lobby is gorgeous. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

On the positive side, during the time we stayed there, the room was very clean and the service was exemplary—the staff were very kind. On the negative side, it has been nine days since we checked out, and we still haven't heard back from the hotel regarding our refund. Lovely facility, lovely staff, lovely location. A couple of minutes walk (through underground malls, if the weather sucks) from Wangfujing - and situated in a clean, well—organized office/other amenities park. Really nice. Staff were super friendly, professional and helpful with varying, but overall strong, English skills. The facility is very pretty. Only warning to others: the pool facility, while fantastically organized, clean and large, doesn’t admit of natural light. That said, they’ve done a decent job of offsetting the lack of natural light with various lighting techniques - and, as noted, the facility seemed otherwise flawless. Overall, would happily stay again. No complaints!

We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel.
