I have come to Masaya pool and hang out, but for the first i had the pleasure of staying in of the room fpr 5 days. It was clean, the staff is great and willing to help. Location is great specially if you dont want the parque lleras mess. Youn can take a 10 min walk to Provenza a lot of new food and eatary places in the area open till late

Everything about this place was awesome. I was thoroughly surprised at the quality of the rooms and this is the first time I ever stayed at a hostal. It felt just like a hip cool hotel with plenty of activities and an awesome rooftop. The staff was super nice and spoke a basic level of English to help me when my basic Spanish skills failed. Fantastic property, probably going to stay here again when I go back to Medellin.

Great location and value hotel

Masaya caters to independent travelers and backpackers and has a great youthful vibe. This is not a Hilton...and thats a good thing if you like things to be a little different. The location is hard to beat, the rooms are nice, the breakfast was very good and the rooftop deck is awesome. Enjoy!

The hotel gave me hostel vibe. I was traveling with my teen daughter and honestly didn’t feel comfortable having her there end up check out after one night and going to a different hotel. If you going to party maybe right for you but not recommend for family.

Roof top pool area is great with multiple levels, a bar, and amazing panoramic views of the city. Rooms are very nice size with high ceilings, comfy bed, great shower, and quiet as the building is concrete. The area is very walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Coffee shop, burger spot, and coworking space on site. Would stay here again and again.
