Excelente experiencia en Hotel Casona Los Vitrales. La ubicación es inmejorable para recorrer el Centro Histórico de Zacatecas, a pocos pasos de los principales atractivos de la ciudad. La casona conserva un encanto único que combina historia, arquitectura y una atmósfera muy acogedora. Los vitrales y los detalles del inmueble le dan una personalidad especial que hace que la estancia sea diferente a la de un hotel convencional. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas y todo se encuentra impecablemente limpio. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de la Sra. Griselda, quien fue sumamente atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Su trato hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable para disfrutar Zacatecas. ¡Volvería a hospedarme aquí!

El hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada ya que a unos pasos está la alameda, y caminando llegas al centro de la ciudad donde encontrarás la catedral, el teatro, museos, galerías, restaurantes, etc. Por otro lado, la habitación que nos tocó esta en excelentes condiciones y muy limpia. La atención fue de primera todo el tiempo. Muchas gracias por hacernos disfrutar mucho nuestra estancia en su hotel. Sin duda regresaremos en un futuro!!

El hotel y sus sueños dan un excelente servicio, atentos, calidos y buenos anfritriones. Lo unico es que la habitación que me tocó esta vieja, por ejemplo la regadera, llaves de regadera, enchufes eléctricos. También me pasó que salia olor feo de la cañeria y se quedaba en la habitacion. La comida y calidez, buenas.

Las instalaciones están bonitas. No se podía entrar al estacionamiento porque un carro estaba mal estacionado, la otro día igual la calle de acceso muchos carros mal estacionados que bloquean el acceso al hotel. La entrada al estacionamiento está muy empinada, mi carro raspó al entrar y salir.
