Loved the sea view from superior room. Room quite Spartan for a 4 star, no cushions, no art on walls, no colour at all just stark white. No issues getting a sunbed. Breakfast fine, loads of choice. Loved the walk down to town on the prom but taxis to get back were expensive ie 13 euro for approx a mile. There is a bus the L1 which we only found on last day, an information folder in the rooms with this sort of info would have been useful

Stayed in more comfortable Motel 6 rooms

We were quite disappointed as we drove out of our way to stay in this well priced and highly rated hotel. It was a hotel for the night. The room was incredible uncomfortable. The bed rock hard. One tiny desk bolted to the floor and a wire mess chair that was uncomfortable. The room smelled intermittently of sewage and chlorine. The walls allowed us to hear people coughing and balcony doors opening. The non bedroom part of the room was fine. Closet had more than adequate space if you wanted to unpack. Bathroom counter adequate in size. One sliding glass door that covered either the toilet stall or shower a little odd but workable. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of offerings. But hot items were not.

We had problems with the cold water both for shower and for hands, but there was no apparent solution. We had to wait for a tecnitian that apparently was going to solve the problem, but, appart from a little moment at 1:30 a.m in which we had cold water (we had a quick shower, but with very little water), the rest of the time we had none (even the next morning). Still, anyone apologised or did anything for compensate us.

We stayed in one of their Superior Double Room, Partial Sea View rooms You can see the toilet from the bed. The door to the toilet is glass and is only frosted in the middle. If someone is sitting on the toilet and you're in bed, you can see them - even w/ the door closed (it doesn't close all the way) The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms. They share one sliding door. You can only close the door in one of these two rooms at a time. Why? The hotel advertises a parking lot - but they don't tell you that you need to reserve it in advance. There is NO parking in roses. I'll just say that again - there is NO parking in Roses. it's so so busy so plan ahead. The elevators are weird. There's only two and they each have their own operating buttons. Everyone hits both buttons to get whichever elevator arrives quicker. That means that you'll constantly be stopping on floors with no-one there. We stayed on 8th floor. On one occasion, we stopped at six floors on the way down - with no one getting on or off. Ridiculous. This is petty, but the TV in the room is probably the smallest Television that is sold to human beings. I never write reviews, but the hotel was just so far off what they advertise, I felt compelled too. It's a solid 5 out of 10

Très bon hôtel et très bien situé le seul défaut est le matelat très très fermé ainsi que les oreillers , prévoir les siens. Le bruit de l’extérieur atténué est bien présent aussi dans la chambre. Bon petit déjeuné malgres un jus d’orange en poudre Parking pour 5 à 6 motos sur le trottoir ✌️✌️

Séjour de 2 nuits en pension complète. Repas plutôt variés sur 2 jours. Pas énormément de monde le premier jour donc assez calme mais arrivée de 2 cars de personnes d'un certins âge le dimanche après-midi on un peu changé la donne. 2 ascenseurs pour un hôtel de cette capacité c'est un peu juste quand vous avez une population âgée. Sinon le service et l'entretien était irréprochable.

Très bon accueil. Très bel hôtel. Localisation excellente. Environnement très silencieux. Petits déjeuners excellents. Rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Quelques petits détails cependant : dans une chambre le matelas était très moyen ( dépression au milieu), et la machine à café posée sur une table adossée à un mur sans prise de courant. dans une autre il manquait l'embout du robinet du lavabo. Malgré cela, un bon hôtel à recommander.
