Very well maintained property. The hotel manager was very helpful. Simple but nice breakfast. However, the parking fee was unexpected. It was announced on Expedia that the parking was included but the property charged the parking which is very strange given the remote location. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a river cruise. The Danube river was flooding from heavy rains and the hotel helped us with some alternate arrangements. Very kind of them.

Great experience overall. Traffic noise from car parking. Some noise from other rooms.

6/10 Good

The hotel was clean, however, it was in the middle of nowhere. We had to walk 2 miles to access the old town area, and 1.5 miles to DB Passau HBF. No restaurants nearby other than a grocery store. We did not have an automobile, so this was very disappointing.

Basic clean quiet hotel but not near anything

A basic serviceable hotel for an overnight stay. Hotel is modern, clean, beds were good, bathroom good. We didn't get the breakfast. The only issue is that it is very far from the center of town. We were there on bikes and had to go about 2 miles into town to get dinner. The hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and not near anything. But it's fine for one night. They had a garage for our bikes. Passau is a beautiful old town with a vibrant center city and I would love to have spent more time there.
