The hotel was clean, however, it was in the middle of nowhere. We had to walk 2 miles to access the old town area, and 1.5 miles to DB Passau HBF. No restaurants nearby other than a grocery store. We did not have an automobile, so this was very disappointing.

Basic clean quiet hotel but not near anything

A basic serviceable hotel for an overnight stay. Hotel is modern, clean, beds were good, bathroom good. We didn't get the breakfast. The only issue is that it is very far from the center of town. We were there on bikes and had to go about 2 miles into town to get dinner. The hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and not near anything. But it's fine for one night. They had a garage for our bikes. Passau is a beautiful old town with a vibrant center city and I would love to have spent more time there.

Automatisierung des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen, auch die Zimmer waren in Ordnung (etwas klein). Das Frühstück war gut - aber es gab nicht viel Auswahl: Preis - Leistung passt aber. Das einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat war der muffig Geruch des Hotels und in den Zimmern.

Letztes Jahr mussten wir keine Gebühre fürs Parken bezahlen. Es wäre auch schön, wenn man eine kleine Sicherung / Randerhöhung einbauen könnte, damit auch die kleinen Gäste sicher schlafen können. Sonst war allses gut.
