Room 215 not for sleeping

Unfortunately, we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor near an open balcony above the front desk. The room was fantastic until about 5am when other guests began departing. Then it became unbearably noisy as if someone was having a conversation in our room. We had a late arrival the night before making it even more disappointing. I’m positive that if we were in just about any other room in the hotel it would not have been a problem. Beware of room 215. Hopefully the management only places guests in this room again only if absolutely necessary.

Dont waste your money here

First of all, check in was fine but when i get up to my room i couldnt get the key to work so i went back to the counter where nobodh was and i dialed 0 for assistance like the sign said to do and nobody answered and nobody ever came to help. Went back to the room finally got the door open and was very dissapointed. The pictures on the website make it look way nicer than what it was. It was just another dingy hotel room that i was fooled into paying way too much money for. Hotels.com make it seem so much nicer than what it is. The shower curtain goes way to far beyond the tub that the floor gets soaked when you shower and the toilet wouldnt flush and the room had barely been cleaned and made up, you can forget about the last time it had really been deep cleaned. And then at checkout time, my ride wasnt quite there yet so my daughter and i were sitting on the couch by the front doors when some lady came and asked if we were waiting for a ride, i told here they were almost there, she proceeds to ask me to call a taxi. Why do i need to call a taxi if my ride was almost there? Was she going to pay the taxi for my ride home, 2 hours away? I highly doubt it. I also tried to tell somebody about the issues with my room but nobody ever came back to the desk. I could have gotten the same room for $40 cheaper right down the road.
