Great hotel & location next to Potsdam hbf

Great hotel located next to station. Staff on reception so polite and helpful overall great place to stay would definitely go back again

10/10 Exceptional

Every aspect of the hotel is focused on you as a guest. Easy check in, no check out; reasonably priced breakfast and fair parking price up to the time of the next check in time on your last day.

Definitely a must stay.

Such a pleasant experience. Room was very clean and comfortable. Exactly like described. Walking distance from train station and into town.

8/10 Very good

Good comfortable hotel for a night or two. Two minutes from the main station in Potsdam. Didn't use their breakfast, just had a quick snack at the station. Would be better to have a key card for the doors and for the lift going up as well for security reasons.

Good value for money

Great stay for one night on our way to Croatia. Late check easy, breakfast was fine. Overall you get what you pay for, good value for money.

6/10 Good

I booked a room in this hotel for one night 08.08-09.08. The hotel is nice with a good location, a clean room, but the lady at the reception was slightly stressed and scolded us that we should be faster, because she will miss her train because of us. It was not pleasant, I traveled with my family from Bulgaria to Norway, I booked a room to rest and not to be greeted in such a rude way. Overall, a nice hotel with a good location, but rather bad service!!

Couldn't ask for more from a 1 night stopover. Nice breakfast and the room was decent.

Nice overall. The room didn't have any fridge or freezer which we're used to when visiting other countries. The staff was nice to allow us to put some cold clamps and some bread in their freezer and fridge though.

Great, great hotel -- facilities are new, well-kept, and the location is just perfect for any stay in Potsdam.

6/10 Good

While the staff was really good, we had a small issue with mosquitoes and small fruit flies in the room. For breakfast, please put tags on the cold cuts to know what kind of meat is presented.

Clean and well managed, not the largest breakfast buffet but sufficient. The efficient air conditioning was particularly appreciated.

Nice hotel, OK price.

Smooth check-In, clean rooms, could have been wider beds, though. A big plus for electric car charging at the parking lot.

Very minimalistic and room is small, but serves its purpose. Feels a bit pricey for how small the room is.

Basic but good

Pretty basic but decent. Wish there had been more plugs next to the beds but clean and convenient right next to the train station

Good stay for a few days. Breakfast ok. Reception friendly. Room small. Near station.

Walking distance to centre Potsdam. Small room, narrow beds. Old fashioned but good shower. Noisy train line behind hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was located right next to Potsdam Hbf., and you could also walk to the Potsdam city center with ease. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are attending business in Potsdam, or wish to experience the outskirts of Berlin, but if your main goal is to see Berlin itself, I would probably go for a hotel closer to the city. I'm very satisfied with my stay, and would highly recommend the B&B brand as whole.
