2/10 Poor

When I checked in one of the staff was a bit rude to me, but pretty nice to all of the other people. I’ve stayed there a couple of times before and I’ve loved it every other time which makes me so sad.. I came there last night for a kid free night just to relax and have a nice night by myself. When I went to check out this morning the staff was asleep in the front lobby chair and I rang the bell for service and he wasn’t waking up. The lobby smelt really off.

2/10 Poor

First off the staff was great l, no complaints there. The hotel when we arrived smelled musty. The room we stayed in had black mold in the shower, by the toilet, and on the ceiling in the restroom. The room smelled musty as well. If you're looking for a cheap hotel and dont mind mentioned above have at it. I wasn't expecting the Hilton but I wasn't expecting to see black mold either.

4/10 Fair

Bathroom has black mold in shower: floor, walls and ceiling in shower, shower head was loose and sent water over the top of the shower curtain and flood the floor, good thing for the drain, in the bathroom floor. Floor of the bathroom was always wet - no ventilation. Shower curtain was too short so water also went outside of the curtain. Sink drain was very slow. Discoloration (light brown) behind the stool. Door didn't close on it own. The mattress was VERY COMFORTABLE. The room was great just the bathroom had some major problems
