The location was great, staff great, and room clean and comfortable. We ended up being given the accessible room, which we didn't need, but it wasn't a problem. The in-room speakers were a fun idea. Kettle and coffee/tea was much appreciated.
We stayed on the other side of the property and couldn't hear the bar, but we were next to an alley where once we heard lots of trash being taken out. Overall, though, it was quiet.
The only issue we had was that the TV remote had been replaced with a universal remote which made some things inaccessible. Perhaps they didn't want us to use the smart features (I have the same TV at home), but it is also impossible to put Closed Captioning on, even for freeview, with the current remote. Just a small thing, but it made it so I couldn't enjoy the great TV.
