We stayed here so we could walk to Chase Field for a Diamondbacks game. The walk was easy from this hotel. The room itself was clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and some of the best hotel staff we have ever interacted with. Whatever your reason for looking at this hotel, I would strongly recommend staying here.

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here for baseball and concert. Walking distance to most everything downtown. August heat was oppressive, but lo and behold, they have a shuttle that will take you to any place within 2 miles of property. The staff is great and we used the shuttle twice. Above average breakfast and clean property. The only place to stay in downtown PHX in my opinion.
