Great hotel for a short visit. Stayed a night and the price was right. Definitely in a fantastic location! Kind of hard to find as it’s a single door at the end of a corner on a busy walkway but maps will lead you there. The room was small for 4 by US standards BUT it was fine with 4 beds and everything we needed. Happy to have in room private bathroom. Remember to leave your key card plugged in by the door while in room! Staff was nice, helpful, spoke English, and able to store luggage for a few hours which was awesome. Would definitely come back.

The room is clean. The location is good. Shops and St Mark's Basilica are very close. The only problem we had was the shower heater. After 1 person, the heater in the shower wont heat up anymore. They tried to come and help us, very helpful staff but the heater still didnt work.

Almost 5 Stars!

Overall, our stay was great. It didn't receive full stars on everything because of a few issues. The shower was a huge challenge. The head not only leaked everywhere, but it was so small that the water sprayed all over the bathroom. We had a complete soak bathroom every time someone used it. The twin beds had the thinnest mattresses I've ever seen. My kids slept okay because they were exhausted, but they were barely passable as matresses. Other than those two issues, our stay was great. They allowed us to check in early, were helpful at the front desk, and the hotel was nice and quiet.

Front Desk person initially took us to the wrong room. I had paid for a four person, but only two people were able to come. He helped us with our bags, and took us to a room in an entirely different building, which only had 1 bed, which is not what I paid for on Expedia. Once I showed him a screenshot of the room we’re supposed to be getting, we went back to the front desk and to the right room, which was as pictured on Expedia. It looked very nice and has a refrigerator and water kettle in the room. The bathroom was nice, and the shower felt great. Good pressure! After the first night, my daughter had bites on her arm. I also had multiple bites on my leg, back and wrist. I didn’t see anything in the beds, but it’s possible there were bed bugs. I don’t think I got i bitten in these areas while outside because I wore long sleeves, long pants and socks when we were out and about.Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English that well so I couldn’t really explain that to them while I was there.

Saimme ihanan huoneen pienestä hotellista. Huoneesta oli parveke suoraan pienelle kadulle ja oli kiva seurata ihmisvilinää ja nauttia lasilliset kuohuvaa. Hotelli on vaikea löytää (pieni ovi kulmassa ja nimi kadussa), joten kannattaa ottaa osoite tarkasti talteen.
