The stay was awful. The hotel was under renovation. We had to get our room changed because the washroom’s sink had drainage problems. The smelled awful because of it. We had to use the lobby washroom. The rooms were extremely small! I would definitely not recommend it. The breakfast was good but the overall experience became very bad.

In Boulevard Grenelle at a walkable distance from the Tour Eiffel, Champs de Mars Invalides and easy access to public transportation , Uber and taxis. Convieniently located, clean rooms and near metro station. Good culinary alternatives in the surrounding area. We feel very safe!!

Overall my room was clean but some small out of the way areas had been missed for ages. The 35cm space to access the shower was a challenge but worked out that a sideways approach was least hazardous. Worked out need to run shower about 10 mins before hot water arrived. Perhaps due to my room 114 being at the rear with 3 other rooms slightly away from the main building.. small Astroturf courtyard area, but lovely & quiet during my 5 night stay. Asked for more than the 2 coat hangers in the room and a request for more was met with aim to find more without hearing anymore. The stubborn sliding door to the toilet / shower area was fixed very quickly once reported. My experience of staff varied from being brilliant to indifferent. Perhaps the language barrier didn’t help as my French language attempts aren’t great, but with gratitude to them, some staff were very helpful and where able, spoke some English to help out. Breakfast was good but I found quieter times best as the food & seating area is ‘compact’ but well stocked with food up to finish times. The breakfast attendant is swift to take plates / cups from table despite not finished with. Although no hot drink making facilities in room, there was a kettle etc & small pastries in reception for helping yourself.

Hotel bem localizado porém muito pequeno e apertado . Tivemos muito problema com barulho dos quartos vizinhos por ser tudo muito junto e prédio antigo sem isolamento acústico . Meninas da recepção , limpeza e café são muito cordiais , tem um ótimo atendimento , exceto por uma senhora mais idosa que foi grossa conosco durante o café da manhã . Ademais , vale pela localização !

People are welcoming and polite. Its that it lacks a lot of basic amenities and the property absolutely needs refurbishment. Shower is really very small, It feels claustrophobic and if you dont shut the glass doors whole toilet gets wet. Breakfast is nice and they maintain proper hygiene. Loved that they are courteous by keeping kettle at reception with lots of options for hot drinks.

Hotel localizado ao lado da estação de trem Cambrone, o que facilita o acesso a diversas atrações. É perfeitamente possível é caminhando até a torre. A região é bem servida de bares, restaurantes e mercados. Importante destacar a cordialidade da Edna que, além de muito simpática, também fala português. Recomendo, como um todo (só faltaram ovos mexidos no café da manhã... Rsrs)
