8/10 Very good

This hotel is right in the city of Ensenada, felt safe, and was clean and well-maintained. The parking garage is strange as it is in the middle of what should be a courtyard or pool (inner rooms look down into the parking garage), which is not a great view. Our transit van did not fit in the garage (too tall) but the staff was very accommodating and let us park in front of the hotel which had video coverage for security. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept well there. The AC worked great despite it being very hot at the time we were there, and the shower, especially the water pressure, was great.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was thoroughly cleaned daily with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo without us requesting. Air conditioning was strong and worked quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above average for a hotel buffet and had multiple rotating nutritious and tasty choices daily. Great location with an easy walk to many great restaurants and the boardwalk with a convenience store across the street, a pharmacy and Asian grocery store around the corner, and a tap room around the block. Highly recommended especially for such an affordable price.

10/10 Exceptional

We came to town for a Marineros game and were looking for a reasonably priced hotel that was close to the stadium. This place meet all of our needs. It was clean and quiet, it felt safe and secure, and everything worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful (FYI, make sure you speak Spanish or can use Google Translate). We had plans, so we didn't try the breakfast there. Would stay again!
