Room was very clean with comfortable bed/ pillows. Large space, plenty of room for storage. Perhaps a little expensive for what you get but comparable to other motels in the area. Decided on staying here for the convenience of the Cape Cod Rail Trail being in the backyard of this property.

The staff was great, extremelywelcomingand helpful. The property is well kept. The rooms are very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air and heat (yes we needed both) worked great. Its a convenient location as well. The pool was not ready when we were there so I can't comment on that but it was big and looked nice. My one thing was they charge a pet fee like everywhere but its per dog which with 2 is $70 a night. I hope they change that because it would be my only hesitation on coming back because otherwise we really liked the place and the staff.
