Comfortable stay.

Parking was easy and there is an elevator. The room was big, clean and comfortable with a pretty view of the valley. The staff were very helpful. McDonalds and other fast food very close driving distance. Only negative was the remote which did not control the TV which had to be turned on and off manually.

Room was no properly clean.. Floor felt sticky. Only one set of towels. People in room abive us were very loud until 2am and we needed to be at hospital by 6am. I guess front desk person knew the people it wasnt a big deal to him. It was for me. No rest it really sucked.

Worst stay ever

Arrived early and rang service bell 3x. Literally had to walk around property to find someone. She then got an attitude and said we had to pay an early check in fee. Kill half a dozen cockroaches within 5 mins of entering room No blankets on 2 of the 4 beds, cracked broken tiles in bathrooms, towels were either dirty or stained, place reeked of chemicals im assuming bug spray, tv wasnt attached to cable, phone flaahed a bright red light the entire time. Beds were hard and frames were wiggly. I will never go back

The price was reasonable and the location served the purpose for our visit. The staff was very good and facilitated our needs quite well! The property needs upgrading and there were too many dogs staying with guests and the barking and noise was a bit high but tolerable.

Check in was quick. Ac was cold when we walked in. Went to get food and came back 3 hours later and room was hot. Told staff and he checked it and claimed it was blowing cold air. But it wasn’t. Nobody slept comfortable at all that night. Woke up sweating. Left early in morning and still was the same. The whole 3rd floor level was without ac in the hallway as well.

It would have been nice if the room I booked and paid for ahead of time would have been the room I was given. I booked a queen bed, smoking room. Upon check-in I was told that the room eas no longer available. They put me in a nonsmoking, 2 queen bed room and increased the rent by $5. I had no choice but to pay because I was dropped off and really no other options at that point.

Our rooms when we arrived were not ready, but with a little work, the front desk changed our reservation to two other rooms that worked equally well, which were ready. The stay was quiet and the rooms were clean. Grounds were clean and neat.

Bugs and Rude Desk Clerk

When I checked the desk clerk was nice but checking out the desk clerk was rude and had attitude when I asked for my invoice/receipt. The room was full of bugs and even told the front desk, which said yes that the whole motel had them. Looks like they would take care of this problem. Hotel rating is to high on hotel.com

I’m not one to complain and I understand I get what I pay for but when I got there I waited at the front desk for atleast 10 minutes before getting helped when I got my room I had 2 flat pillows and the heat/ac was busted in the room on top of that there was some sketchy people hanging around trying to bum cigarettes reeking of marijuana
