This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is so pretty and the breakfast is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Helsingborg and this is by far my favorite.

6/10 Good

The hotel itself was nice, and the location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by the noise at night. Both nights there was extremely loud noise outside that continued until around 3:00 a.m. Because of this, I was unable to fall asleep until after 3:00 a.m. on either night. The lack of sleep made the stay much less enjoyable. If the noise issue could be addressed, this would be a great place to stay because the hotel and location are otherwise very good.

8/10 Very good

The reception doubles as a bar, and they prefer to help with drinks over acknowledging you're there (didn't greet, or ask for a moment, despite eye contact), but after 5 mins somebody did show up for check-in. Luckily, the hotel itself is nice, good rooms and very nice breakfast, and in a great location too. Overall happy, except for the start

Staff polite. Breakfast very good. Steak and frites at the restaurant super delicious! Awesome location (steps from the Castle and 7’-8’ walk to the train station). The television in my room was not working. When I mentioned it at the reception, the lady came to my room and tried so hard to fix it. She tried very much! As the problem could’ve been solved, she changed me to an other room which was bigger than the previous one! Thanks for that!

Quite friendly and helpful staff Fantastic breakfast Great location Historical building with beautiful interior design Our room was too small despite being upgraded to a bigger room Hotel has no parking which is annoying but there is a parking lot closeby, so you should prepare to walk with your luggages We enjoyed Helsingborg quite a lot and we plan to go back soon and stay in the same hotel
