It was super comfy and had a classic vibe, so I really loved it.

Nice to have a hot, fresh breakfast… pancakes and potatoes. Nice little gas stoves in the rooms.

Cozy little B&B that is easy to get to and located next to food, fuel, and shopping. I had the "little" room, which was a great deal at $95 a night for the area. Yummy breakfast to boot :)

Nice little place. Decent breakfast. Staff was helpful and the room was pretty large for what it was. Only issues where we couldn’t get the heater to work and when you take a shower, the tub, drained, really slow slowly, was up to your ankles by the time you finished. Even with that, I’d stay there again.

The breakfast was good, the staff was excellent. The rooms were not clean at all. Lots of dust, hair in the bathroom and blankets on bed were not clean.

We only stayed one night so can't review all the amenities. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. The bed was a bit too soft for us but pillows were firm enough. The mattress cover underneath the fitted sheet was covered in burns (or stains?), hair, lint, and wasn't very clean so we removed it. Bathroom door opens and covers the closet which is inconvenient. Very small sink counter. Walls are thin! The hot tub was nice and hot!! Lots of towels available.

Nice place, good location. Nothing special but served its purpose.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, this place is awesome. It's within walking distance of everything you need, most notably shat's bakery, as well as a liquor store, a few restaurants, and bars. Only bummer was the hot tub is empty right now.

Great staff! Very helpful and nice. Shower and sink drained very slowly. Kind of gross. No air conditioning! It was very warm.

Very charming place! Friendly staff and the room was very cozy. No air conditioning, but even with visiting in August it didn’t bother me at all. I just opened a window. Nighttime temps at Mammoth are just fine even in summer. Close to several restaurants and stores. Great place to stay if you’re exploring the area. Lots of parking available. It can suck to lug coolers and stuff up to the second floor (it’s still bear country technically), but that’s about the only negative I can think of that’s not really the property’s fault.

An older property that could use updating. The bedding was ok. The facility and room were clean but there was no AC and there were screens missing in the bathroom and only 1 window in the bedroom had a screen so opening the windows to cool the room was challenging. Not enough outlets to plug in phone chargers and the fan that was needed to cool the room. internet was nonexistent. The plus was the staff was friendly and the breakfast was warm and tasty. The room worked for one night stay but I think there were more comfortable choices for the $$

Room was clean, one bed was a little more worn. Bathroom sink was clogged but all else was nice. No air conditioning but, fans were provided. Room had somewhat been updated. Outside stairs needed attention. Breakfast was simple but good. Enjoyed the hot food offered. Parking was easy. Staff were nice. Close to restaurants. Thank you!

My family and I had a great time. The breakfast was really good and made starting our day easy. The property was clean and well-maintained. The washer/dryer was smaller but worked great. The loft was safe for the kids and they loved it. The jacuzzi was clean and hot, although the jets needed time in-between cycles, but a great way to end a day of activities. I would stay again and recommend.

Breakfast was fine nothing special but it is free and it saved us some money on having to go get breakfast. The location was awesome. The room itself was great. We got to see some bears outside. The only thing I would really like them to approve upon is the cleanliness of the sheets, towels, and rug. That’s not to say the place was not clean. The showers were perfectly fine and so were the beds themselves.
