飯店老舊

沒有電梯，房間在二樓但櫃檯人員會協助提行李上二樓。旅館及房間內部老舊，房間內說有沙發床，但沙發床的椅墊連坐都難坐應該也睡不了人。優點：停車好停，還有提供免費的泡湯券可以到旁邊的飯店泡湯。

家族で宿泊、二人二部屋予約も、一部屋エアコン故障との事。この時期，宿選定には重要問題にも関わらず直ちに連絡もらえずチェックイン遅くなる旨した際まで告げられず。 早めならそれが理由でキャンセルもあり得るのに意図的なのか，非常に不満。 部屋も禁煙だがヤニ臭い，綺麗じゃありません。 朝食付きでお願いしましたが、絶対お勧めしません。 ペンションなどという気の利いたものではありません。

快適に過ごせました

二階建てのペンションでした。部屋は2階にあり、窓を開けて網戸にできるので清涼な外気を取り入れることができます。おかげで喫煙部屋でしたが、臭いも気になりませんでした。清掃も行きとどいいて快適でした。 お風呂はユニットバスが部屋にありますが、同敷地のクラッセホテル大浴場を使えるチケットをいただけたので夕食前に入ってきました。 湯沸かしボット、コーヒー、お茶や電子レンジが二階廊下共用部に置いてありいつでもつかえます。 食事は季節の野菜を中心にしたメニューでした。オプションでつけた和牛ステーキは北海道産でどーんと大きく、焼き加減も上手で味も大変美味しかったです。機会があれば！また利用したいです。
