I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Dirty inside the room and on the premises, broken or missing fixtures in the room, hot water didn't work on the sink, wi-fi would either not allow you to connect or disconnect at random times, and whatever cleaning product they did use on the room left an absolutely awful smell. The staff were friendly and helpful though at least.

Arrived at 6:30 PM and was told my room was not ready. I had to wait til after 7 PM to get access to the room. The door did not lock, so I waited for another room. The second room had garbage all over the floor, and the blanket was in a ball in the corner of the room. The room had obviously not been cleaned and smelled like poop. I was given a 3rd room. It was barely usable. AC was temperamental. No microwave. The TV was broken. Hole in the ceiling where the fire alarm should have been. I found the fire alarm in a plastic bag on the side table next to the bed. And I felt like I was going to get bed bugs. The blanket had burn marks and holes from burns all over. If you are looking for a place to do nefarious activities, then this may be a good choice. If you are looking for any comfort and convenience, you should look elsewhere. It is crazy that the city has yet to condemn this location. It was unsanitary, unsafe, and unacceptable. Stay safe; avoid this location.

This is an OK place to stay. It’s inexpensive, but keep in mind you only get what you pay for. The place gives off the vibe of low income people. The building needs a new paint job, their towels are stained from previous usage and the floors could use a good mopping. Their maintenance man came to check on an issue I had with the room and he was so high off of whatever, he couldn’t even stand up straight and his eyes were all watery looking. It left me with an uncomfortable feeling to even let him in my room. The staff is really nice though.

I had a great experience thanks to Rishi! He was very fast, consistent, and went above and beyond to work with my timing. I was even able to keep the same room with a different reservation because of his help. Since I was new to the location, I didn’t really know what to do, but Rishi guided me through everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

Definitely not what the pictures online showed. Not family friendly. Property has a lot of people living there long term. It was good enough for our short trip and was a place to sleep and shower but that was all.

The room we were initially given smelled like mildew and there was standing water on the floor. I alerted the desk and we were promptly switched into another room. This was great and would have raised the rating however, rather than calling to ask, we received a loud knocking/ pounding in the door after 11pm from the desk clerk asking if we had showered due to something leaking on the floor below us. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for. I was hoping to give some grace with the initial service but, the way in which the desk clerk BANGED on our door was completely unacceptable.

The bed was ok and the sheets and towels were clean (since they outsource that to a service), but overall the room was pretty beat up and needs a thorough cleaning, not just the high points. The grounds are also in need of cleaning, the walkways are dirty and the fake grass is littered with random things, but mostly dog poo. Homeless people roaming about doesn't help. At least the exterior is well lit and the fridge and microwave worked.

The rooms was terrible it had mold in the bath tub and around the baseboards and toilet. The vent cover was missing there was holes in the walls . The walls were stained with black stuff. I have stayed there in the past , but let me just say it has gone bad in the last months. To top it off weird people around the building offering to sell you drugs . This is a negative zero to be honest now I know why they don’t do refunds this place needs to be remodeled. They need to fix all the mold and water damage on the walls .
