The restaurants, shops, markets were accessible on our street and the Metro. The bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room can get warm at night (probably because of the heating) and the space around the toilet seat is small.

Convenient and welcoming

Very welcoming on arrival. Good condition and cleanliness of room. Facilities were ideal and local transport link 2 minute walk. Good size room with views over surrounding area. Room temperature could not be controlled however did remain a good temperature throughout our stay.

This property was very affordable and convenient. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it didn't have air conditioning. I went on some of the hottest days so i couldn't sleep. But very convenient to the metro and only 15min uber ride to downtown.

The receptionist male during the night shift was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He was disrespectful, and made me extremely uncomfortable to stay there to where I had to leave the same night. I don’t no recommend. No fridge. No A/C.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Accueil très agréable, disponible le soir tard pour le check in. Emplacement à 2 pas de la gare de Puteau, mais nous n'entendons pas le bruit des trains. j'ai l'habitude de dormir dans cet hôtel, mais là avec la canicule, le fait de ,ne pas avoir de climatisation n'est pas possible....il faisait tellement chaud, au prix de la chambre cela n'est pas acceptable, ils pourraient faire un geste et baisser le prix ou offrir le petit déjeuner, la pilule passerait mieux...

J’ai l’habitude de venir, mais cette fois j’ai oublié qu’il n’y avait pas de clim. L’enfer en période de canicule. Ma chambre n’a pas été faite le deuxième jour, au prix de la chambre et au regard des commodités, le nettoyage aurait été un grand minimum. Offrir le petit dej à vos clients qui doivent supporter 35 degrés pour dormir aurait aussi pu être un geste, car ce que je retient c’est que l’été, à éviter!
