We were allocated a room for the disabled without being consulted.Nothing wrong with that except the hot water was luke warm.
When we asked for a copy of the menu we were directed to Qcode .For our age this was not acceptable showing us the menu at the reception desk was not the answer.We are not entirely technological challenged but we found this rather difficult.When we did eventually get to the services section no menu came to light.We gave up and dined elsewhere
