Location, location. You can’t underestimate the importance. This hotel is right off La Rambla, the main thoroughfare. Shops, restaurants, and more. In the Gothic quarter, and I will recommend a quick walk to Palau de Musica, a gorgeous Art Nouveau music palace nearby. Room was nice.

Hotel Nouvel has an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Catalunya metro station. However, the room was very small and did not even have a mirror. Despite staying for three nights, the coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. Some staff members did not even greet guests. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and amenities, especially considering how much I paid for the three-night stay.
