We stayed in several hotels on our trip and this was our FAVORITE! Great walking distance to everything in Segovia, and this one is actually IN the city (not just next door to it)! The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. I would recommend paying for it, it’s not too expensive and we really enjoyed it! Our room was beautiful and felt very homey. We wished we had more time in Segovia just for how much we loved this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The AC in our room wasn’t working on the first night, but the hotel moved us to a new room and properly compensated for the issue- they were very kind and helpful. Loved having access to the courtyard easily from our room. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala Berganza while attending a wedding in Segovia. This hotel made for a very nice place to stay to enjoy the sights of Segovia and also get ready for events. Everything in the room worked well and it was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient. My small suggestion to the hotel is to add secondary locks on the doors in addition to the electronic key card locks. Otherwise, I would gladly recommend staying here.

Service was great in reception they were really nice and helpful. But cleanest of the room wasn’t great. We have some few episodes with lights going on and off. We found parking in the paying parking spot in the front of the hotel that was great but we were only staying one night. The hotel has a parking place but is not exactly in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great a walking distance to the “Aqueduct” and the “Alcazar”
