Id say an average hotel for alot of money. It was about a 6 to 8 min walk to the train station. They had a water leak later that night and we had no hot water that really sucked. The the beds are pretty hard. The room for the toilet was pretty tight too get into.

Convenient & Comfortable

A reasonably short walk from the train station, and a friendly welcome on arrival. Not fancy, but it had all we needed - and in well kept condition. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Enjoyed the quite extensive breakfast buffet.

We liked this hotel very much. Easy walk to the train or bus station. Easy walk to centre ville and the lake. Wonderful grocery store two doors down. It was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was close to the road, but surprisingly very quiet.

Close to centre

Room was in excellent condition. We didn’t use the restaurant, it was close to the centre. Unfortunately we received an email the day before arrival informing us there was works going on which meant the car park wasn’t available, which was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. There was a car park 200 yards down the road that was cheaper to park in than the one they recommended.

Comfortable and clean beds, needs more work

The hotel lobby and exterior is under construction. It was close to the train station, quick walk but not so nice area. It was about a 10+ minute walk to old town. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Liked the large bathroom/lobby area but terrible lighting for getting ready. Weird gigantic tv between sofa area and bed so you couldn’t see tv unless on the couch. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The staff are nice. The room is clean. The hotel is located close to the bus stop which is good for a customer with big luggages. However, it’s quite a walk to go to the center. At night, I don’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from center. It’s maybe just me.

The property is located at 12min walk from the center, not extremely walkable but it's easier to park, quite hqrd in the centre. Annecy is a beautiful place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This hotel is super well located and easy to access from the train and bus stations. There are numerous nearby restaurants and shops and the city is easily walkable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we received a free upgrade upon arrival. The spa is affordable, clean and quiet, as is the rest of the hotel. I'm travelling with a child, so it's important that the area around the hotel is safe and well suited to visiting families. I found it to be both. Finally, it was a great breakfast with lots of choice that was well worth the extra cost. The hotel also has an easily accessible restaurant, great little workout room, convenient library and common meeting areas.

Never stay here

Never stay here. Honestly, this is the worst hotel. It was under construction, and they did not warn us beforehand, and it smelled so badly. We complained to management, and they said sorry nothing they can do. If I could give it negatives stars I would 1 is too high. They were so rude and like take it or leave it. One receptionist even rolled her eyes at me. I can't believe how disrespectful they were. The shrugged shoulders and the blow off were so unappreciated. The area is amazing just never coming back to this shifty hotel. Also, the bad lighting in the room and basic TV only. The bathroom wad dirty too. Just an overall bad experience. 👎
