Excellent location across from the waterfront. Steps up to the entrance but a small, narrow ramp to the side of the hotel for wheelchairs. Lobby extremely attractive and clean. Staff welcoming and check-in stressfree. We booked an accessible room - the bathroom was spacious with expected amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although not quite big enough to easily move around in a wheelchair. We did not book breakfast (at €20/person we thought it a little on the high price side). We would stay here again if in the area and recommend the hotel as excellent value for money especially in the location.

Hotellet er velbeliggende, lige ved fjorden og centrum af Flensborg. Vær opmærksom på at hotellet har skiftet navn, det hedder Ramada by Wyndham P-hus ligger lige ved siden af. Prisen er 24 euro første døgn og 12 for efterfølgende.

Vi fik 2 vær på 5. etage. Vi kunne ikke selv åbne og lukke vinduer uden at skulle stå på en stol. Ikke rart for ældre og fald muligheder. Vinduet på det ene vær kunne kun stå lodret. Personalet var ikke særlig imødekommende med løsninger, vi kunne bede dem om at komme for at åbne og lukke. Vi fik dig et nyt vær efter pres. Der findes en stang til bl.a. Velux vinduer som kan bruges til at åbne og lukke sådanne vinduer ned. Ellers godt nok.
